Mike Fair & The Adventure Seekers

During the ten year prior to 2006, Mike Fair played with a number of critically acclaimed but
commercially underachieving bands. However, in February of that year, he began writing and recording
a series of songs in a bare-bones home recording studio in Norwood. When he completed the project,
he released the record and Mike Fair and the Adventure Seekers was born.
Radio stations began to spin their record. The group played at Midpoint,
the biggest independent music festival in the Midwest. And the group received many critical accolades,
including a nomination for the Cincinnati Entertainment Award for Best New Band. CityBeat then picked the
record as one of the best local releases of the year!

Now, Mike Fair and the Adventure Seekers are working on a new album which will feature songs by keyboardist
Luke Alquizola. Other band members include J. Matt Rutherford on drums and Aaron Zlatkin on bass.
